I have a document with 3 checkboxes. When each checkbox is selected individually it will route to the correct signer. However, if 2 or more checkboxes are selected I need the document to go to Signer A and Signer B for approval and signature. I can’t get it to route to them both. After one signs the document completes.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I know the importance of having the option to route an envelope as needed. I understand that you have a document with three checkboxes, and when each checkbox is selected individually the system will route to the correct signer, but if 2 or more checkboxes are selected you need the document to go to Signer A and Signer B for approval and signature, currently, you are unable to route to them both. After one signs the document is completed.

 

The closest option that we offer is the Conditional Routing option, this is a feature in the Advanced Recipient Routing add-on for DocuSign eSignature that allows you to automatically route envelopes to different recipients based on envelope data, eliminating the need for manual configuration or separate templates.
