Can I create a document for multiple people, where each person fills out/signs the same document but they don't see the information the other people add?

There are a couple of ways to do what you want. If you need them to sign the same document but separately I recommend creating a template to pair it with either of the following options:

  • PowerForms: your business can generate on-demand, self-service documents for signature. You’ll be able to eliminate document preparation time (by using a pre-existing template), and easily pull collected data into your existing applications. A link can be generated that can be emailed, sent via SMS (on certain enterprise plans), or embedded into your website.   •  Bulk Sending: you can use a .csv list of your recipients and upload that file during the envelope creation process. Once the list is uploaded, the rest of the envelope creation workflow will remain the same as sending out a single envelope for signing.   • Web Forms: similar to PowerForms it creates a link that can be distributed to the needed recipients to sign their own documents: Web Forms Overview
