Nevertheless, we offer free self-paced courses for most of our products, these could be a viable alternative to the paid Live Training.

Also, if you have a direct contract with us and you would like to enroll multiple users to the same course, your Account Team, or DocuSign Support can assist you throughout the process. If you have your Account Team’s direct contact feel free to direct your request to them, otherwise, please open a new support case directed to our DocuSign University team, and one of our Support Experts will follow up in short.

If you cannot open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
