I have newly created DocuSign account, but i do not have option to send documents for signature, I am only able to sign documents, but I cannot send files for sign. How can I fix this problem? Could someone help me?

Can you provide more details on how or who created the DocuSign account?   If you are part of an organization or business, and they created this account for you, you might be able to reach to your DocuSign Administrator and request to be added to a sender permission profile.
