Is there a way to send a document to 4 signers and get a completed copy if 3 signed? somehow specify that EITHER signers 3 and 4 can sign and complete the whole document. Thank you

I just went over the overview, how do you get a completed document? does everyone need to sign?

You could create a signing order for three signatures, and after 3 of the 4 members in the group sign the envelope it will be completed.

Can an admin give me the ability to create a group ? or are admins the only ones allowed to create and manage groups? I'm a regular user.

"Add signings groups" guideline says as an Admin, but I would like to make sure.
