Think of it as a recipient 'Correct', where they can override and redirect their signature request to someone else.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to know if there is a way to allow a planned signatory to redirect the request to another party.

There may be situations where you as the sender may not know who the eventual signer of a document will be or you may want someone to track the envelope and make changes to the recipients information as needed. Or you may want to grant full edit rights to an envelope to someone else.

These scenarios are supported by three special manager recipient types: Specify recipient, Update recipients, and Allow to edit.

I do need more help with this. I am an account user, not an owner, so I cannot see the account-level settings.

Is there a way that I can be told what our account settings are, or do I need to get one of our admins on the phone?

Hello,

You will need to get in contact with your account administrator for that information.
