Hello, we had a recent change in domain of our organization from @harsco.com to @cleanearth.com. We have one user who had the account with previous harsco domain and after the domain change we created a new account with cleanearth domain because of the SSO login issue. Now user is looking to merge both accounts and need his old account templates. Please help me fix this issue. 

@RafeeqMD I think input would be needed from DocuSign technical support to see if two Accounts can be merged.  I can tell you that Templates can be downloaded and uploaded from one Account to another, here is an article to start you off on that process….

Users could also likely be exported and imported but envelopes would be the greatest concern. I know there is a DocuSign Retrieve tool to export envelope but not sure of its import capabilities.  You could also forward envelopes to the new Account but that would create a new envelope. So Templates for sure could be moved but otherwise I would suggest a Support case to see if there is a merger process for two Accounts into one.

Thank you for the follow up. I’m still looking for the solution. 

I could not find any article to merge two accounts and our enduser is still unable to access previous account to download the templates.

There is no option in place that would allow you to merge 2 users within eSignature.

 

However, DocuSign Support can assist your user in accessing their second account to help retrieve their templates.
