Insert before the signature a mention "Read and approved; valid for agreement ...”

Dear Community,

I would like to insert a mention to type or a box to tick where the signee approve the following text "Read and approved; valid for agreement pursuant to the conditions and modalities mentioned above” and then sign.

How can I do it.

You can add a required checkbox field next to the sentence you desire is probably the easiest solution. When you make the field required the signer needs to tick the box in order complete the document in DocuSign eSignature.
