If I resend a document requiring several signatures, does it also go to those that have signed

To answer your question, no, if you use the resend option, it will only go to those who have an action pending, all those who completed their part of the document will not get a notification: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=oeq1643226594604&topicId=hqt1578456337100.html&_LANG=enus
