Do they have to sent the document separate to can it be sent to all and have one sign off?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

That would depend on the way that you set up the recipients, if you place all of them with the corresponding field as part of the envelope then yes, but if you use a signing group then only one of them is required to sign or approve the envelope.

Hi Christopher,

I have a few follow up questions... so I created the group... but when I am trying to Test my envelope to send to my group, the group isn't showing... Also, I need to group to be available for everyone to see when they send envelopes...

I did try and use your link above but the page isn't loading.
