Directed by the sight to follow my phone instructions to photograph my ID.  My phone is directed to a site that is unresponsive and can not accept photographs.  There is no alternative.  This is a dead loop that accomplishes nothing.  How can I get this site to accept my ID, or proceed with the approval without it ?  This document needs to be signed immediately.  The site is obstructing my business efforts.
