I have put in a lot of work and now I have to save it down and send them later when the client is ready to sign. When I tried to Save & Close, it won't allow me. The error message says "Envelope is not locked" how can I save my work?

We apologize for the inconvenience, I understand you are getting an error when attempting Save and Close.

Has this envelope been sent already and you are trying to correct it or are you trying to create a draft? Is it a template?

If it's a template, can you try to open your DocuSign account from an incognito window?: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Troubleshooting-cached-login-credentials-in-Google-Chrome

Sometimes the template can get stuck in editing mode or if it's an envelope it can get stuck in correction mode. I recommend opening your account from an incognito window and attempting to do the process from there: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Troubleshooting-cached-login-credentials-in-Google-Chrome

Hello. So, I am in that situation right now...where it states Envelope is not locked. I've already tagged all the signatures. Please advise. i don't want to have to start over.

Never mind. I just refreshed the DocuSign and it cleared it.
