I have a DocuSign envelope signed by one of our supplier, but I don't see the signatures on the document. can please anyone help me regarding this?

Did you send the envelope to the supplier? You should be able to check the status of the envelope to confirm they actually signed the document. Sometimes a recipient fills out the fields but does not click the FINISH button to actually submit their signature. If they just close the browser, the signature is never actually submitted and the envelope will indicate that recipient still needs to sign.
