I have a contract out for signature. The signer goes through the document signing, but it will not let him complete. What might be wrong?

Do you have any field "Validations" set? So for example if the Recipient gets a document with a DocuSign field that requires them to place a specific Date Format like MM/DD/YYYY and they specify something that doesn't fit the validation they couldn't complete the envelope otherwise they need to fill out all Required fields.
