I changed my last name and my name is correct on the log on but when I need to sign something it still shows my previous last name, how can I take care of this?

You would need to create a new signature using your new last name: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=yca1573855023892&topicId=dga1573854990297.html&_LANG=enus

Also, the signature used is usually tied to the name the Sender added when creating the envelope, please have them confirm they are using your new last name and if not, have them correct your name, that should allow you to sign with your name as it is currently.
