I have a form I am sending out for signature. One of the fields could be for an unknown recipient. Is there a way for the original recipient send it the person who needs to sign that specific field? There are about 4 fields on the form for signature but only 1 could be for a different signee.

When creating the envelope you can add the recipient that should fill in some fields and after he completes the signing process, get a pop up window to fill up a name and email for a next signer.
That is possible using the action: Specify a signer.
See this example:
Luke should sign the envelope.
After signed, he will need to specify another signer.
Such second signer will fill in any field related to him/her, sign then finish.
