how to send a document that can be filled out online.

If I want to send a disclosure with lots of blanks, how can I do that so the recipient can fill the document online?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

You would need to add your recipients and the needed documents, once that is completed, you would need to select the needed recipient from the top left corner, and then just drag and drop your fields to the document and position needed.
