After reviewing and following the “how to create a hyperlink” instructions, my co-workers and I tested to see if there are multiple signers can everyone view the hyperlinks. However, we discovered that once the first person signs the documents the rest of the signers are unable to view the hyperlinks.

How can we set it up so that everyone at anytime can view the hyperlinks? Thank you!

I apologize for the inconvenience that this might cause you, I know the importance of having the proper display on your envelope; I understand that you created a Hyperlink and it only worked for the recipient that was assigned to.

 

If you edit the field properties, mark the Required field with the option Read only and mark the option in the collaboration section that allows recipients to collaborate on the field, all of the recipients will be able to review the link.
