How to make Electric name seal (Electric Hanko)through making the contract sheets?

Hello @Hiroya ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

I understand you need to add eHanko to a document but I’m bit quite sure if this is as a Signer or a Sender, can you confirm that?

As a signer, the sender of the document would need to add a stamp field instead of a signature field and you can add your stamp. If you are looking where to create your stamp (store it in Docusign) this can be done in:

  1. Select your profile image and click on "Manage Profile".
  2. In the My Profile site, go to the "Stamps" section.
  3. Complete the authentication challenge by entering your account login information.
  4. At the top of the Stamps list, click on "ADD STAMP".
  5. Drag and drop the file of your stamp into the "Add Stamp" dialog box or click on "BROWSE" to find the image.
  6. Adjust the appearance of your stamp using the provided controls.
  7. If your image is square, select the "Square Crop" option from the crop dropdown.
  8. Use the slider to scale the image to fit within the shape window.
  9. Click on "NEXT" when your image is correctly positioned in the stamp window.
  10. Enter a name for your stamp and adjust the stamp height (8-102 mm).
  11. If desired, mark the stamp as your default stamp.
  12. Click on "CREATE" to save your new stamp.

You can find the above information in the following article: Manage Stamps
