I am sorry to hear that your signatures are being generated multiple times, but I will help you get to the root cause of the issue.

If you are referring to signatures created through the Auto-Place feature, these should be generated individually, unless you have applied a template twice to your document. In this scenario, it is expected for the signatures to be duplicated.

In the case that you might be looking to allow the completion of multiple signatures through a single recipient interaction during the signing session, this is not an option at this moment.
