 I did not find that option on my settings. Please advice.

SMS delivery is part of multi-channel delivery, which is available as a separate add-on to standard or higher DocuSign eSignature direct plans. It will not be visible in the settings of your DocuSign account if you did not purchase it.

In case you did purchase it, but it is not enabled in your account, please contact support for assistance. They will be able to check your purchases and enable the feature for you.
