When the signer signs I do not want the bracket included. I know there is a way to remove it but cannot find it again on new account. Thanks!
The DocuSign Frame can be turned off in the "Signing Settings" of the Admin Console which needs to be done by a DocuSign Admin. Here is a DocuSign article that provides the settings, look under the section called Signature Options.

Where is Signature Options? The article says to go to DocuSign eSignature Admin but where is that? We have neither of those. I have unchecked this box so easily over the years before why is this so hard to do?
To make this change you need to be a DocuSign Admin. If after you login to DocuSign you do not see the "Settings" tab, this likely indicates you are not a DocuSign Admin. If you do see Settings click on it and then Signing Settings, then locate the Signature section. Otherwise if you do not see Settings you need to contact a DocuSign Admin to make this change.
