How do I get a signature choice that reflects my full legal name? I need to use it on a few documents, not all. I changed my profile to my full legal name but can't find the option to adopt a signature in that name.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

We offer the option of changing your signature directly in your user profile as well as during a signing session.

You can find detailed steps on how to change your signature on both scenarios, here:

https://support.docusign.com/en/articles/How-do-I-change-my-signature-or-adopt-a-custom-signature-NDSE

It is also important to note that there are a few cases in which you might not have the option to change your signature while signing, you can find them listed below:

You do not have an active DocuSign Account

You are signing using:

  •  DocuSign Mobile Apps
  • In Person Signing Session
  •  Digital Signatures/Universal Signatures (CFR part 11, etc.)
  •  Sign and Return
  •  Sender has locked recipient’s names

Please let us know if you need further assistance with anything else and click "Select as Best" below if you find the answer a valid solution to your issue!.

You can create a case at https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport and a Support agent will contact you, If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
