Hi,

when i send a Document to the first signature receiver he print it and send it via email.
How is the solution that the People 2 and 3 have the option againe to make a signature in Docusing?

Is here a workaround?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

From my understanding, you are looking for a way so that the 2 other signers can sign via DocuSign when one of the signers Prints it out to sign, is that right?

The way to do this would be to educate the signer to use our Print and Sign feature as this will allow the signer to upload the document back into the initial document and continue the signing process to the other signers: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=yca1573855023892&topicId=wdr1573855014901.html&_LANG=enus

Otherwise, you can correct the envelope and remove that recipient so that the document can continue on to the next signers, but that would lead to having two documents, one signed manually and the other signed electronically.

thanks for your answer.

Ist it not possible that we can do this as sender/creator?

So we can upload the Document that we get via email, and we can upload this and set this person that he have sign manually?

It would be a nice function ;-)

You can also try correcting the envelopes and replacing the existing document but if the document shows as "Locked" or has a Lock icon it can not be changed: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=gbo1643332197980&topicId=fjx1578456267870.html&_LANG=enus
