@Mrs Magee Yes, the location of the Recipient (outside the US may have exceptions) is valid and legal.  The envelopes in DocuSign use an email address to route the envelope to the appropriate person and does not require the Recipient to have a DocuSign Account (unless specified in the Sender’s DocuSign account).

@Mrs Magee Upload the car title title document to a new envelope.  If the document is a PDF you just drag and drop or browse to the file.  If the document is a physical piece of paper you need to scan it and turn it into a file such as PDF or DOCX and repeat the upload to a new envelope.  On the new envelope you add the Recipient(s) as “Need to Sign” and then go to the field or tagging screen and drop the DocuSign fields necessary for the document such as the Signature block onto the PDF/image.  Hit send.
