Why does the formatting on my word documents change when they are uploaded to DocuSign?

@dcap When adding/uploading a document to an envelope or Template the document format is converted to a PDF. This is likely the cause. I have experienced the same issue with some documents and not with others, the best solution I have found is to convert it to a PDF and then make adjustments, save as PDF and then upload into DocuSign.
