Hello,

I sent an envelope with a contract to 3 different people. I only was required to get it signed by 1 of the 3 individuals. The 1st person signed it. However, since the other 2 went without signing it the document is now showing as expired and void. Is there a way to retain the document with the 1 persons signature without it showing as void?

@lumenlighting

No, this is not possible. You need to start another transaction and the person will need to sign again.

In the future you may correct the envelope and remove the additional two recipients to get a signed copy with a single signature. The envelope will be in the status “completed” and not voided.

There is a feature called “Signing Groups”, which allows you to send to multiple people and only one has to sign, but it is only available in the Enterprise Pro Plan or Business Pro with Advanced Workflows add-on.
