I sign every field in a document and after clicking on Continue, I receive an error without much detail. I tried from two network, two browsers, multiple times. The document remembers my signatures, I just cannot “save” it.

 

The error message is:

There was an error signing your document(s).

Please review and try again. If you cannot sign please contact support.

It would be pretty urgent for me to sign this document.

Sorry delay to reply your message. If you need any urgent help, please, feel free to access our Customer Support team by opening a case or call them directly!

This error is actually not a common behavior. Are you using an advanced signature, that is, do you need something external (like a token or a smartcard) to complete the signing cerimony?

I believe that the best suggestion here is to actually reach out to the Customer Support Team, as they will be able to ask for the .HAR of your browser and analyze the platform's internal logs, during your signature attempts.

You can also open a case and asking a callback request or prioritize it!
