I am unable to send documents for signature. I contacted support yesterday and they gave me the following suggestions none of which seemed to solve the problem. I am able to log in. I am able to upload documents. I am able to place signature and initial blocks as well as date sign blocks on the document but when I go to send it I get a message that says envelope sends are not allowed. Any help that you could give me would be much appreciated. Thank you.

2. Try a different browser(s).
3. Incognito
4. Different device
5. Different Internet networks such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled
