Hello, we have already received an email with .pdf contract signed by one party, the Supplier, through a qualified DocuSign electronic signature. Is it ok to create our new envelope with it and have two supplier electronic signatures on the document? Note: we only need an advanced electronic signature. Thanks

Hello, @Vlasta Mikusova

You are welcome to the Docusign Community!

It’s possible to add a signed document into a new envelope then send to the recipients (signers), however in the resultant Certificate of Completion (the audit file) will show up only the signatures from the signers in this new envelope.

The ideal would be send this already signed .PDF to be signed by both parties or the .PDF received by email was part of an envelope where the Suppliers signers were included as recipients.

If are you going to reply me, use the @ with my name so I’ll be notified.

Let me know if I answered your question, if so, I’d appreciate your Like, thanks.

Best,
