I understand you want to know why the processing tool is showing two different signature types and how to control it.
To be honest, I have not seen a behavior like that nor am I familiar with the tool you are using for the post processing, however, if you can be so kind as to provide me envelope IDs we can check that in our system and find differences from our side: Locate a Docusign envelope ID
