Hello,

I have a Docusign production account, but we don't know how to activate e seals, how can we contact an administrator to activate it? we have a pro business account.

We have access to support center but we don’t know if we need to create a CLM.CM account to open a Case but i dont’t know if that is the correct way to do it.

You need to contact one of your own internal Docusign Administrators if you are not an Admin yourself. Your Admins can raise a Docusign Support ticket when they need support to do so or something does not work.

You do not need a CLM.CM account to open a support ticket, this is a legacy product you can ignore.

Click here and then on the left side, where it says eSignature and login with your Docusign credentials.
