E SEALS PRODUCTION ACCOUNT

Question

Hello,I have a Docusign production account, but we don't know how to activate e seals, how can we contact an administrator to activate it? we have a pro business account.We have access to support center but we don’t know if we need to create a CLM.CM account to open a Case but i dont’t know if that is the correct way to do it.Thanks in advance.

@omsigdocYou need to contact one of your own internal Docusign Administrators if you are not an Admin yourself. Your Admins can raise a Docusign Support ticket when they need support to do so or something does not work.You do not need a CLM.CM account to open a support ticket, this is a legacy product you can ignore.Click here and then on the left side, where it says eSignatureand login with your Docusign credentials.
