Hello,

Has anyone experienced an issue with envelopes not always sending a pdf version in the completion email once everyone has signed a document in DocuSign? We’ve gotten some feedback that some HR are not receiving the document enclosed in the completion email, only as a link to DocuSign. 

(Please note, sometimes the document is included as an attachement and sometimes it’s not - there doesn’t seem to be any difference in these scenarios.)

Since it’s sometimes being sent and sometimes it is not, that happens because the maximum size limit to attach documents to the completion email notification is 5MB. If the total of the attached documents is greater then 5MB so the documents will not be attached. Only the link for the documents will be sent.

Can you please change the limitation from 5MB to 10MB? It is very inconvenient to click the link everytime.

Please increase the limitation. I create multiple docusigns a day, and it is very frustrating when 95% of them do not come with the attachments. 


I agree with the above comments.  From an efficiency perspective this is a huge time waster (or potential time saver!) for senders. If this could be adjusted to allow larger attachments, it would be fantastic!
