Does the PowerForm have the in-person signing capabilities? Does Powerform have Witness Signature feature?

Desired Process for 2 Signers who are together in the same location on 1 mobile device using Powerform

1. Signer#1 uses the DocuSign Powerform link on his/her mobile device
2. Signer#1 signs the form from his/her mobile device
3. Signer#1 hands the mobile device over to Signer#2
4. Signer#2 signs the form using Signer#1's mobile device

Or

1. Signer#1 uses the DocuSign Powerform link on his/her mobile device
2. Signer#1 obtains Signer #2 Signature from his/her mobile device
3. Signer#2 hands the mobile device over back to Signer#1
4. Signer#1 signs the form (perhaps using Witness feature?)
