Does DocuSign have the capabilities to e-sign the primary borrower in the office on a signature pad and DocuSign through an email for the comaker? So signing partially in the office and partially via email.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

You can add your recipients with different types of recipient roles, for example, you can add the primary borrower as a Sign In-Person and the comaker as a normal needs to sign: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=ulp1643236876813&topicId=sqo1578456318623.html&_LANG=enus

@Nathaly Monge  Ok so the primary borrower is In Person Signer (in office) & CoMarker (email) signs as a Needs to Sign.

It looks like for In Person Signer, we need to enter in a host name & host email address. Who/What would that be - customer?

I also couldn't get the link you provided above to work.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching back.

Regarding the link, can you try opening it up within an Incognito Window?

For the Host, it could be whoever is going to be present with the Borrower during the in-office signing (the idea of the In-Person signer is that the email will be sent to the Host so that they can open it when the recipient is physically present with them and provide the device from where they can sign).

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
