Hi,

In docusigned documents, I noticed that above the signature sometimes it is written “DOCUSIGNED BY” and sometimes it is “SIGNED BY” even for the same user profil. For both, there is the ID underneath the signature.

What is the difference when it is “DOCUSIGNED BY” and ”SIGNED BY”?

Hello @Myriam ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Is this on the documents or the Completion History? Can you provide a screenshot?

Hello ,

We are having the same problem in our environment.

The signature header is randomly showing either “Signed by” or “DocuSigned by” in both of the document and the CoC.

Here’s a screenshot of the CoC, the only notable difference for both of the signatures is the ip address.

Can you please help with this?

Best regards,

Fakhrul

Hello @fakhrulraziee and @Myriam ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for the screenshot.

The change to the signature and initials chrome (the frame around the signature) was part of our June 2024 Docusign Core Prod Release Notes. Docusign usually sends 2 emails every month (1 for demo and 1 for prod) about these changes to the admin in charge of the account or anyone in the list for emails regarding product change.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
