Hello, I am trying to complete a background check on a platform that uses DocuSign for eSignature, and I need to use DocuSign to sign the form. Since the weekend, I am getting the following error when I go to the sign page:

DocuSign is currently experiencing technical difficulties. As your file requires the use of DocuSign to sign the necessary consent forms, we are unable to proceed at this time. Please try again later.

Any help would be appreciated!

Do you still encounter this issue?

Please try the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using a VPN, or if you are on one already, disconnect from the VPN and try again.
  • Please try the Alternative Signing Method

Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
