One of our customers is a Dept. Admin sends a document for many staff members to sign and wants all of them to reattach the document to return to Dept. Admin. She states her account won’t allow her to allow them to re-attached sign document.

The Dept admin sends a document to recipients to sign. The recipients can’t attached the document that they signed.

Do they get an error when trying to attach the documents? Are they using the attachment field?

Regarding the login issue, are they logging in to the right account?

Can they try clearing their cookies and cache and/or try to open the document in a different browser?
