My wife has been sent a document to sign with e-signature. The email was sent direct to her private email account from the company. When she opens it, the signature has my name in it, and not hers. She forwarded the email to me and the same thing happens when I open the document on my personal email. The signature is automatically populated with my name. There is a docusign reference number in the field. How do we delete my name/signature, and add hers?
