Hello!

When I send a document out for signature, can I assign a specific dropbox folder for it to be received/filed in?

Not a general docusign folder in my dropbox, but a specific one already in my dropbox folders

Thank you so much

Hi @sbg1101 !

Absolutely! You can create rules using Agreement Actions, and direct envelopes to specific folders in your Dropbox. These rules can be based on Envelope/Document Custom Fields, Templates, Senders and Recipients.

To create these rules, you need to be an eSignature administrator and have the necessary privileges to connect your Dropbox to Docusign.

Taking your ask as an example, when sending the envelope, you could choose a Document Custom Field from a list and, after completing the envelope, the files would be saved in the folder in which you created the rule previously.
