I have an end user that has completed signing various documents, but they are still showing as need to sign. Not sure if this is a bug or can be solved with trouble shooting.

Is it possible for your signer to access the envelope and confirm that the “Finish” button has been pressed at the end of the signing session?

User had duplicate accounts without administration knowledge, second account was closed and issue was resolved.
