Can't verify with ID Now

My passport is from Vietnam. And I can’t verify with ID NOW to complete Docusign. How to solve that?

Have you solved this issue. I check other QES solution in DocuSign, it also not support Vietnam. Maybe you should contact the sender and let they know it. remove the QES and sign by esignature. maybe can add sms verification.

Do you use ID Now for QES? As we confirm that the country support idnow in Asia are:

China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Maldives, Bangladesh, UAE, Kuwait, Lebanon, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Israel, Georgia

And Vietnam is not in it.

Do you use ID Now for QES? As we confirm that the country support idnow in Asia are:

Yes, maybe. I have to sign on DocuSign my offer contract and it request verification step. But I can’t complete. How to solve that?
