Can all recipients, or specific recipients, be automatically notified at each step of a docusign. | Community

I would like specific signers/all on an envelope to receive notifications after each step of a document is complete. Is there a way to do this without having to CC them after each step? A general setting?

For example: I set up my docusign in this order

Signer 1

Signer 2

Signer 3

Signer 4

CC1

CC2

and the notifications are as such

Document Sent to Signer 1

Signer 1, 2, 3 and 4, CC1, CC2 receive email notification

Singer 1 Signs

Signer 1, 2, 3 and 4, CC1, CC2 receive email notification

Signer 2 Signs

Signer 1, 2, 3 and 4, CC1, CC2 receive email notification

Signer 3 Signs

Signer 1, 2, 3 and 4, CC1, CC2 receive email notification

Signer 4 Signs

Signer 1, 2, 3 and 4, CC1, CC2 receive email notification

In this scenario, you will be required to include a Carbon Copy recipient at each level of your signing order.

There is no account-wide setting that can manage this behavior.

However, feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome.

I encourage you to take into consideration submitting your idea to be reviewed by our development team for possible implementation.

We’ll provide it to the Product team that is closely aligned with the area associated with the feedback. They will review it and determine the next steps.

If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen in order to submit your idea.
