I created a document and sent it to a client in China for e-signature. They are having trouble opening and accessing the documents for e-signature. Has anyone experienced this issue?

We’re currently facing the same problem, the web page loads very slowly… I think it has to do with the CDNs used for the Web page. It loads eu.docusign.com which probably uses Cloudflare CDN servers from Europe. Perhaps DocuSign should have a look at the configuration and use other CDN servers for requests from China.


Yes, we are partner cover China area. We mostly advice our customers use china mobile or china unicom for access the docusign url. China telecom's international outbound is more busy then other two. hope DocuSign can deploy global acceleration and have a node in China.

@nathaly.monge and which one should I choose? None of the answers provided a real solution. Just a workaround by using other Internet providers 😅

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you try the below troubleshooting?:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using a VPN, or if you are on one already, disconnect from the VPN and try again.
  • Please try the Alternative Signing Method
