Blacked out signatures?

I’m sending contracts to my clients for signature and when they return completed, the Signatures are “BLACKED OUT”. Almost like a highlighter but, with Black color. My compliance department will not accept. Any idea what what I may have done to cause this? This only starting occurring on my last 2 contracts. I have attached example but, disregard the Blue ink, thats to protect names and numbers of contract.

It almost looks like the client has uploaded an image of their signature that looks is blacked out.   You could restrict the upload of a signature under Signing Settings.
