Is there a way to add the Approve button automatically to the envelope?

Please let me know if further clarification is needed.

You can add an Approve button to your envelope. It one of the Standard fields you can manually add.

Yes. I see that we are able to add the Approve button manually. Is there a way to anchor it or make it mandatory?

Not that I know of. What about using the functionality of Supplemental Documents? Send Supplemental Documents (docusign.com)
