Do you need to send the same document to those eight recipient but individually, meaning that the contracts are separate?
Or do they all need to sign the document and be able to see each other signatures?

Thanks so much for your reply. I need to send the same document to 8 people and they need to sign their own document only. They do not need to see each other’s signatures.

In that case, you should consider using Bulk Send.
With Bulk Send, you can use a .csv list of your recipients and upload that file during the envelope creation process. Once the list is uploaded, the rest of the envelope creation workflow will remain the same as sending out a single envelope for signing. You would just need to add one set of signature/fields and Bulk Send will send a separate document to each of the recipients.

We recommend coupling the Bulk Send process with a template. You’ll be able to download the data from the template’s .csv file, which includes column headers specific to your roles and fields (if needed).
