Im trying to creat a template that requests the client to sign a contract and drop somo documentation as annex. How can a i add a drop document area?

I understand you are trying to add a field where the signer can add an attachment.

 

Sure, there is a field called Attachments: Field Types

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Hello, I have the same problem. 

Needs to ask the client to attach a document, but the “attachment field”  do not appear. (see the screenshot). 

I subscribed to eSignature Business Pro plan (480$ annual) and cannot believe that this simple feature is not available.

According to the following link, the business pro plan should include the Signer Attachment field:

Please make sure that the field “Enable signer attachment field” is selected under Setting > Sending Settings: Fields and Properties
