Hi.  Wondering if anyone else has inquired about the ability to sort the Action Needed list by date, oldest to newest?  Seem totally logical to me that this would be a feature so that the oldest items appear at the top of the list.

I inquired about this several years ago and, best I can tell, there have been no enhancements to the user interface since we started using DocuSign.

It also seems like an incredibly easy enhancement to implement.

If I’m missing something, please share.

Thanks!

Hi @RJW65 !
Currently, DocuSign organizes envelopes by the "Last Change" date, and unfortunately, we are unable to meet your request.
However, I looked internally and it looks like there is a project to add some extra functions to the list.
In the meantime, if you can, I would ask you to send us your feedback suggestion to feedback@docusign.com, where the product team will register your request. Thank you!

Hi @RJW65,

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.

I understand that you would like to sort your envelopes by date, and I will share more details on the topic. Sorting envelopes by Last Change is the only sorting option available and there is no way to work around this behavior with the application's current design. Nevertheless, feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always welcome. I encourage you to consider submitting your idea to be reviewed by our development team for possible implementation. If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request through a support case, or by reaching out to your Account Team. We invite you to share your product suggestions and feature requests on our dedicated ideas page (https://community.docusign.com/ideas), where we can collaborate to shape the future of our product together.

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Thank you for using DocuSign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

Best regards,
