Request signature and documents?

Is there a way utilize DocuSign to request a signature as well as documents from the signer?

​@Rose.ReeserYes, DocuSign allows you to request both a signature and additional documents from the signer within the same transaction. This is done using Signer Attachments, which are fields you can include in the envelope for the signer to upload requested files.
